Who Can Submit a Vendor Profile?

Answer: Green Marketing Pakistan welcomes preliminary applications from relevant media owners, licensed or capable printers, fabricators, installers, digital-screen operators, event suppliers and campaign execution partners. Submission is not approval, guaranteed work or a promise of vendor selection. Every proposed partner may be asked to provide evidence of actual capacity, legal identity, service area and safety practices.

Relevant applicants include outdoor media owners with verified billboard sites, wide-format Panaflex printers, CNC sign fabricators, modern display contractors, regional field activation teams, digital screen operators, and Expo audiovisual suppliers across Karachi, Sindh, and nationwide hubs.

What Information Is Needed?

Answer: A useful supplier registration identifies company identity, services, actual operating locations, main point of contact, portfolio evidence and relevant safety documentation. Collect only data necessary for supplier assessment. References, certifications and legal permissions must be verified before use in any client proposal; uploaded claims alone do not establish authenticity.

What Happens After Submission?

Answer: GMP may review basic eligibility, clarify capabilities and add suitable suppliers to an internal consideration list. A vendor becomes project-approved only after an explicit commercial decision and any required quality, safety and legal checks. Registration does not create exclusivity, employment, procurement priority or a contractual relationship.
