Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, contracting, production, and display of outdoor advertising media operated by Green Marketing Pakistan (GMP) along the Karachi to Hyderabad M-9 Motorway corridor.

1. Site Availability & Reservation

All inventory availability indicated on this website represents our current operational status and remains subject to prior booking. Formal site reservation is established only upon mutual signing of a commercial contract and receipt of the agreed advance commitment.

2. Commercial Rates & Taxation

Media rentals are quoted on a monthly billing basis unless otherwise specified in an approved multi-month or annual agreement. In accordance with standard Pakistani outdoor media practices, quoted monthly rates are exclusive of applicable annual federal, provincial, or municipal taxes, which shall be invoiced as required by law.

3. Creative Artwork & Content Guidelines

Clients are responsible for submitting creative artwork conforming strictly to applicable regulatory, cultural, and advertising standards in Pakistan. Advertisements must not violate National Highway Authority (NHA) transit safety regulations, municipal bylaws, or national advertising codes. For NHA Highway Mileage Boards, designs must strictly comply with the mandated 50% official distance data and 40–50% sponsor logo split.

4. Production, Mounting & Illumination

GMP oversees certified on-ground installation of panaflex skins and structural mountings. Illumination specifications vary by location:

• Karachi Toll Plaza Gantry: Equipped with dedicated 24/7 electrical illumination.
• Karachi Weigh Bridge Mega Wall: Equipped with dedicated night floodlights.
• Hyderabad Toll Plaza Gantry & 7 Interchange Bridges: Operated unlit (non-lit) utilizing tensioned paraflex solutions due to off-grid highway infrastructure constraints.

5. Force Majeure & Severe Weather

Neither party shall be held liable for temporary campaign interruptions caused by extreme natural events, severe cyclones, heavy monsoon dust storms, or emergency highway authority closures. GMP maintains emergency repair teams to re-mount or repair weather-damaged skins swiftly following severe climatic conditions.

6. Direct Owner-Level Coordination
